If you changed your mind you can return the items according to the below conditions:

• Your return must take place within 14 days of delivery.
• Changes/Returns can be done in any PIAZZA ITALIA store.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Items must have all brands’ tags attached.
• Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
• You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to PIAZZA ITALIA (only). Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
• Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately upon their receipt.
• The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.
• We reserve the right not to refund you if your return falls outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

RETURNS

To exchange or return any purchase made in our stores, it is vital that you show the paper receipt.

Please remember that exchanges and returns can only be done in the same country/region where the items were bought.

Delivery Times and Shipping Methods: 

We undertake to deliver your order within 7-10 days from the order confirmation. Delivery times may be extended in promotional periods.

Piazza Italia exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will do everything possible to deliver the orders to the residential address using KRONOS express courier services.  Alternatively, you can pick up the items of any KRONOS Express service points that you have selected.

We also make sure that every day the preparation and delivery of the order takes place in total safety and compliance with the anti Covid-19 regulations.

• Collection at a Piazza Italia store – FREE
• Home delivery: Standard delivery – 3.90 EUR / FREE (Orders over 50 EUR)
• Drop point –2.50 EUR / FREE (Orders over 50 EUR)

In the store of your choice within 7-10 working days.

Remember that the person who comes to collect the order need only show the e-receipt, ID must be shown for pick up. If someone else comes in your place, they must also show ID.

The estimated delivery time will be between 7-10 working days.

At the drop point selected from the list (list will be available upon purchase) within 7-9 working days.

Remember to collect your order you will need to present your ID document. A written authorization and a photocopy of the buyer’s ID document will need to be submitted at the drop point if the order is being collected on behalf of the buyer.

Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

Restrictions

Please be informed that delivery cannot be completed in the areas of the Republic of Cyprus that are not under the effective control of the government of the Republic of Cyprus.
